Ingredients:Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus) leaf oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Mentha piperita (Peppermint) oil

Directions for Use
1. Aromatherapy/Diffusion
Use a few drops for diffusion or room spray. Alternatively, add a few drops onto aroma stones, cotton balls, reeds or other items to enjoy the unique scents whenever you like.

2. Massage
Dilute 3-5 drops of the essential oil with 10ml of carrier oil before applying it to the skin. Massage it gently on your skin for better absorption.
